At Spyke Fiduciary Services we are authorised by our UK financial services licences, to act as trustee to unregistered managed investment schemes.
Spyke Fiduciary Services comprises an experienced team providing trustee services to a range of clients. Our team has a deep understanding of trust administration across a variety of trust structures and trust assets developed over more than 20 years.
We currently provide independent trustee services to over 180 unregistered schemes, and can undertake the following activities:

- Adhering to legislative and regulatory requirements

- Management of external service providers
- Scheme administration
- Fund and unit accounting
- Registry services
As the fund's trustee, we would be responsible for the compliance and governance of the trust. We will ensure that the trust operates within the confines of its trust deed, disclosure documents and the law.
We provide wholesale trustee services to a diverse range of fund managers including global banks, insurance companies, pension funds and domestic fund managers. We act as trustee for funds invested in a variety of asset classes including infrastructure, real estate, equities, credit and fund of funds.
Spyke Fiduciary Services independent wholesale trustee services team can assist in the establishment of wholesale trusts, the ongoing compliance and governance responsibilities of trusts and also has experience in replacing existing trustees.
Spyke Fiduciary Services can also act as a Responsible Entity for registered schemes.
